Personal Watercraft Safety Course
The Oregon Boating Safety Course is now offered through the BoatUS Foundation's Online Learning Center. Oregon residents must take this NASBLA-approved course to receive their Boater's Card from the Oregon State Marine Board (clicking this link will open an instructional video in a pop-up window along with the course log in screen).
